Terms of Service
Terms for using the Onevium website, desktop application, licenses, and connected services.
1. Scope
These terms cover the Onevium website, desktop application, license services, and support. Any separate written agreement or purchase terms also apply to the relevant service. You must have the legal capacity and authorization to use the service, including on behalf of an organization.
Our Privacy Policy explains personal-information handling. It does not replace any consent required for a particular data access or action.
2. The service and third parties
Onevium is an independent desktop workspace for AI-assisted tasks. It is not operated by Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, or another model provider. Your use of model APIs, websites, plugins, MCP servers, and connected services is also subject to their applicable terms, permissions, availability, and charges.
You are responsible for choosing suitable providers and protecting your accounts, devices, credentials, and integrations. Connecting a service does not give you rights to data or systems you are not authorized to access.
3. Acceptable use and automation
Use Onevium lawfully and respect other people's privacy and rights. Do not use it for fraud, malware, credential theft, unauthorized system access, abusive traffic, or evasion of security or license controls.
Review the permissions you grant to agents, browser automation, tools, and scheduled tasks. Actions may modify files, send information, or change connected services. You are responsible for setting appropriate permissions and reviewing consequential actions.
4. Your content and AI output
You retain your rights in your content. The desktop app stores and processes workspace records locally. Account sign-in and license validation do not grant us permission to collect or train on your conversations, project files, or other work content. When you use a model or explicitly connect a service, the information needed for that task is sent to your configured provider or recipient as described in the Privacy Policy. You must have the rights and permissions needed to send it.
AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. Review output before relying on it, publishing it, or making consequential decisions. The availability of a feature does not guarantee a particular result.
5. Licenses and payment
Onevium and its licensors retain rights in the software, branding, and documentation. Third-party and open-source components remain subject to their respective licenses. Your Onevium license is subject to the plan and device limits provided with it.
Prices, billing periods, renewal, cancellation, and refund conditions are governed by the terms presented for your purchase and applicable law. Model-provider and other third-party charges are separate unless expressly included. Contact [email protected] for license or billing assistance.
6. Availability and changes
We may update features or restrict access when necessary for security, maintenance, legal requirements, or material misuse. Third-party changes can also affect availability. We will give notice where required or reasonably practicable.
You may stop using Onevium, disconnect integrations, and request deletion of information we control. Uninstalling the app does not necessarily cancel a paid plan or delete local files, backups, or third-party records.
7. Responsibility and applicable rights
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Keep backups and independently verify important results.
Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Applicable law and any separate written agreement determine available rights, remedies, and dispute procedures.
8. Contact and updates
Contact [email protected] for questions, complaints, or support. We will publish revisions on this page and provide additional notice when required. The date above identifies the latest revision.
